Because many of our products involve custom prescription lenses and measurements, our shipping process works a little differently than big box retailers — and we want to be fully transparent about that.

Frame Shipment to You

Once your order is placed, your frame is shipped to you within 5 - 7 business days (depending on availability and supplier shipping times).

Lens Production & Final Shipment

After you return your frame to us with your measurements, we send it to our lab for lens production.

Lens production typically takes 7–14 business days.

Once completed, your finished glasses are shipped directly to you.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States.

Total turnaround time (from order to finished glasses) is usually 2–4 weeks, depending on:

Return shipping labels for sending frames back to us may be provided depending on your order type.
