Welcome to Frame Finesse. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. 

Frame Finesse is a small business providing eyewear frames and custom prescription lens services. Many of our products are custom-made based on customer-provided prescriptions and measurements.

Because of this, some orders involve multiple steps, including shipping frames to customers, returning frames to us, and sending frames to our lab for lens production. 

By using this site, you confirm that you are:

  • At least 18 years old, or

  • Using this site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

  • Payment is required before any order is processed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:

    • Suspected fraud

    • Errors in pricing or product listings

    • Supply or availability issues

  • You are responsible for providing a valid and accurate prescription.

  • You are responsible for providing correct measurements (PD, OC height, segment height, etc.).

  • Frame Finesse is not responsible for errors caused by:

    • Incorrect prescription information

    • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

If lenses need to be remade due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional charges may apply.

Because most products are custom-made, once lens production has started:

  • Orders cannot be canceled

  • Orders cannot be refunded

Please double-check all information before submitting your order.

Shipping times and production times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Supplier delays

  • Lab workload

  • Shipping carrier issues

Frame Finesse is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

  • Custom prescription lenses are non-refundable.

  • Frames may be eligible for return only if unused and in original condition, and only if approved by Frame Finesse.

  • Any return requests must be made before sending frames back for lens production. 

  • Frame Finesse is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery

Frame Finesse is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Vision issues caused by incorrect prescription or measurements provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by suppliers, labs, or shipping carriers

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state of business registration.
